DoTr: Covid-19 won't delay Metro Manila Subway project

DESPITE the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak in Japan, the Department of Transportation (DoTr) has assured that there would be no delay in the implementation of the Metro Manila Subway project.
