THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has approved the power supply agreement (PSA) between Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) and Solar Philippines Tanauan Corp. (SPTC), the Meralco said in a disclosure on Wednesday.
Meralco received a copy of the ERC decision, which approved the PSA executed by the power distributor and SPTC on Dec. 22, 2016 following the conduct of a competitive selection process.
