Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu told President Rodrigo Duterte that the country would not be experiencing a water shortage this year. Cimatu presented the government’s outlook and action plan in preparation for summer during Monday’s Cabinet meeting in Malacañang.
