THE bicameral Commission on Appointments (CA) confirmed the appointments of ranking officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Wednesday.
The public hearing of the CA foreign affairs committee chaired by Sen. Panfilo Lacson to determine the fitness and capability of Millicent Cruz-Paredes as a ranking DFA official was deferred.
