A planning conference has threshed out issues and concerns related to International Fleet Review (IFR) that the Philippines is hosting in May.
Navies from 17 Western Pacific countries are participating in the upcoming IFR and that their representatives recently attended the planning conference in Makati City, the Philippine Navy said over the weekend.
