State-run pension fund Social Security System (SSS) welcomes the appointment of (Ret.) Judge Manuel Argel, Jr. and Bai Norhata Macatbar-Alonto as the newest members of the Social Security Commission (SSC), the highest policy-making body of the Social Security System.
