A Department of Justice (DoJ) panel of prosecutors has found probable cause to indict former Health secretary and now Iloilo Rep. Janette Garin and nine other health officials over with the mass inoculation with the controversial Dengvaxin vaccine that allegedly resulted in the deaths of schoolchildren.
