The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday commended the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) for the arrest of a former leader of the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA) in a subdivision in Angeles City, Pampanga.
“We will continue to implement legal offensive actions against the communist-terrorists groups, and all the criminal, economic and organizational support systems that sustain its terrorist activities,” PNP chief Gen. Archie Gamboa said in a statement.
