De La Salle University’s (DLSU) I-Nano Solutions, a research facility committed to developing nanotech products and services for both industry and society, has embarked on a P15-million collaborative project on abaca fabric for space suits application.

With funding from the Department of Science and Technology, DLSU is undertaking the project in collaboration with the Technological University of the Philippines, Far East Air Transport Inc. or Feati University, Philippine Nuclear Research Institute and Philippine Textile Research Institute.
