Court defers Enrile plunder trial

THE Sandiganbayan's Third Division canceled the plunder trial of former Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund or pork barrel scam.

This was after the prosecution filed a motion to amend the pretrial order with Enrile.
