Region 2 opens center for young agripreneurs

TUGUEGARAO CITY: The Department of Agriculture-Regional 2 (Cagayan Valley) office has launched the One-Stop Agribusiness Center (OSAC) here to provide a venue for young agricultural producers and processors to promote their products in the region.
