Bayer corn variety offers higher yields

Two corn hybrids from Bayer Crop Science came out on top in a government-led corn competition in three Mindanao sites, posting a record for the region with a computed yield of 14.85 metric tons per hectare (MT/ha).

The hybrid corn variety Dekalb 8899S from Bayer Crop Science couldprovide high yields, given proper crop management and optimum growingconditions. PHOTO FROM BAYER
