Guests can now opt for an impressive gastronomy discovered through a creative take on Western cuisine for their special occasions with Tasting Notes, 7-course degustation and wine pairing menu carefully curated to bring a one-of-a-kind experience.
The title Tasting Notes originated from the thought of tasting dishes carefully crafted at the chef’s table and tasting wine. In addition to its name, the concept behind the new offer came from marrying the two renowned culinary activities — degustation and wine pairing. As these two concepts definitely go hand in hand, much of the hurdle came about creating a menu with complimenting flavors.
