Pacquiao pushes VFA review

SEN. Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao on Sunday said President Rodrigo Duterte must weigh the costs and benefits of the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) between the Philippines and the United States before making any decision to rescind it.

The senator claimed that terminating the VFA could have an irreversible implication on the country’s security.
