8 Chinese nabbed for kidnap

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested eight Chinese for kidnapping in Parañaque City.

Brig. Gen. Jonnel Estomo, chief of the PNP-Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG), identified the male suspects as Li Ming, 33; Li Guohua, 39; Zou Guanping, 41; and Wang Congcong, 33.
