THE Real Steel Corp. (RSC) and Italian steel equipment manufacturer Danieli Group is set to build the country’s first high-speed rolling mill in Pampanga.
Part of the partnership is to build a plant that would produce high-quality steel rebars using green steel technology, which significantly lowers the greenhouse gas emissions in steelmaking.
