LEGAZPI CITY: Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar has enforced an order of the Office of the Ombudsman to suspend its regional director in Bicol for 6 months.
Ombudsman Samuel Martires ordered the suspension of Virgilio Eduarte a year ago. Villar finally implemented the order on Friday. It was also he who recruited Eduarte to the department.
