BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: A mother and her daughter, who arrived from Hong Kong for a vacation, had been placed in an isolation room and kept under watch after showing symptoms associated with the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

Medical doctor Danilo Alejandro, Region 2 Trauma and Medical Center (formerly Veterans Regional Hospital) officer in charge, said the mother and daughter, whose names were withheld, had exhibited symptoms such as high fever, flu and vomiting aside from coming from a country with positive nCoV cases.
