The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) formally launched its 2020 Year of the Metal Rat Special Stamps at Manila’s preeminent Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila to celebrate Chinese Lunar Year with several activities showcasing the best of Chinese tradition and culture.
