As expected, Mayor Edwin Olivarez delivered on what he has been saying late last year to clear Parañaque City, comprising of 16 barangays, of illegal drugs by year 2020. The city was conferred with a certificate of recognition by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) for successfully passing the National Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit, garnering 85 functionality points overall or Ideal on Dec. 16, 2019.
