PayMaya, the mobile wallet of PLDT’s financial technology arm Voyagers Innovation, inked a deal with Valenzuela City government to allow its citizens to settle their payments via an online payment facility.

Valenzuela City has tapped PayMaya for the launch of Paspas Permit system — dubbed as the country’s first integrated online permit application platform — where entrepreneurs and residents of the city can pay their fees using their PayMaya account.
