Japanese Ambassador Koji Haneda on January 20 signed a grant contract in line with the project for Negros spreading sericulture based silkworms nationwide deployment support Phase 2 at the Embassy of Japan with Yukihiro Ishibashi, Resident Representative of Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) International, a Japanese NGO conducting activities in the Philippines. Economic Minister Masahiro Nakata of the Embassy of Japan witnessed the ceremony.
