OLIVIA Yanson, the matriarch of the Yanson Group, led the stockholders of Bachelor Express Inc., a sister company of Vallacar Transit Inc., the country’s largest bus transport company, in the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting on January 19 where they elected their board of directors.
