The Department of Transportation's technical working group (TWG) on motorcycle taxis halted the pilot test of the project amid legal hindrances, its head said on Monday.

TWG chairman Antonio Gardiola, Jr. said legal challenges, particularly Angkas' recent plea for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the new guidelines, barred the government from gathering sufficient data.
