THE noisy and adverse reaction to historical revisionism has once again surfaced after former senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. made a call to rectify what he alleged to be “lies” hurled at the Marcos family that have been written into history books. This triggered the anti-Marcos forces in academia and in politics to once again charge Marcos with attempting to revise history.
