AC Health acquisition of Healthway PH done

THE healthcare unit of listed conglomerate Ayala Corp. has completed its acquisition of Healthway Philippines Inc. from Healthway Asia Ltd., strengthening its portfolio.

In a disclosure on Wednesday, Ayala Corp. said Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc. (AC Health) had completed the transaction without disclosing the amount involved.
