COLOMBO: China and Sri Lanka agreed on Tuesday to boost communication and coordination in regional and international affairs.

While meeting with Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said China’s foreign policy toward Sri Lanka has been steady and consistent, and China regards the island country as a trustworthy friend and a partner of mutually beneficial cooperation.
