THE case of the gang rape of a 19-year-old British woman in Ayia Napa in southeastern Cyprus by 12 Israeli youths, aged 15 to 18, in July 2019 has received international attention. Ayia Napa is a town described as the Sodom and Gomorrah of the Mediterranean, and the sex, alcohol and drug abuse capital of Cyprus. Stay away, bad things happen to good people there.
