IF only loyal Duterte supporters who intensely dislike Vice President Maria Leonor Robredo can be objective and rational, and go beyond their biases, they would likely find that her report on the government’s war on drugs, which she described as a “massive failure,” contains valuable findings and recommendations. They should bear in mind that the data, whether factual or estimates, that she used came from government sources. In fact, even President Rodrigo Duterte has admitted that his war on drugs is a failure.
