ILOILO CITY: Around 8,000 red and gold mini flags will welcome the image of Señor Sto. Niño during its arrival to the Freedom Grandstand and other performance areas during the January 26 highlights of the Dinagyang Festival.
Iloilo Festivals Foundation Inc. President Jobert Peñaflorida, in a press conference on Wednesday, said they tapped female persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) to work on the flaglets.
