LISTED miner Global Ferronickel Holdings Inc. (FNI) is eyeing to conduct further exploration to extend the life of its subsidiary’s Cagdianao nickel mine in Surigao del Norte, its top official said.

“We are planning to conduct further exploration work within the next few years to extend the life of the mine beyond its projected eight years mine life,” said FNI President Dante Bravo in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Thursday.
