LISTED Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) expects to generate around P1.4 billion in sales from the first phase of its new residential village to be constructed in its 251-hectare (ha) Arden Botanical Estate in Cavite.
The Megaworld Corp. subsidiary recently launched the 17-ha The Lindgren, which offers 123 lots with sizes ranging from 159 to 252 square meters (sqm), GERI said in a disclosure on Wednesday.
