LISTED property developer Arthaland Corp. has the capacity to surpass its target by expanding its development portfolio fivefold in five years, its top official said.
In a briefing in Taguig City, Jaime Gonzales, president of Arthaland, expressed optimism that the boutique property developer could hit and even exceed its 500,000-square meter gross floor area (gfa) target by 2024.
