METRO Manila will have good weather with passing light rains on Thursday, on the annual Feast of the Black Nazarene, the weather-state bureau said.In a special weather outlook, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said there would be 'partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of passing light rains” starting this Wednesday until weekend.'For the next 3-5 days, malinis naman po wala naman po tayong nakikitang namumuong sama ng panahon o LPA (there is no low pressure area developing),' Weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said.Bulquerin said that winds coming from the northeast to east were expected to be light to moderate.Pagasa said it would continue to monitor any significant changes in the weather.
