THE National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) announced on Wednesday that the issuance of permits to carry firearms outside of residence (PTCFOR) has been suspended for three days in parts of Manila for this year's Traslacion.
Covered by the ban signed by Lt. Gen. Archie Francisco Gamboa, Philippine National Police (PNP) officer-in-charge, were Quiapo, Sta. Cruz, and Binondo.
