LAST week, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte aka Digong swore he would throw in jail Fernando Zobel de Ayala of Manila Water Co. Inc. and Manuel V. Pangilinan of Maynilad Water Services Inc. for the crimes of “economic plunder” and “syndicated estafa.”
