Esmael Mangudadatu wants the Quezon City Regional Trial Court to closely look into and be wary of former Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao governor Zaldy Ampatuan’s request to be transferred to the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) infirmary because of his allegedly “deteriorating health and debilitating physical and mental condition.”
