BACOLOD CITY: A lawyer from Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, is in critical condition and fighting for his life after a murder attempt at his residence in Purok Kalubihan Daro, Dumaguete City, on Friday morning.

Lawyer Rey Moncada, 74 married, sustained several gunshot wounds in the abdomen and was brought to the Silliman University Medical Foundation in Dumaguete.
