Lawyer arrested for firing at police

SOLANO, Nueva Vizcaya: A lawyer of the Commission on Audit was arrested on January 1 after he allegedly fired his gun at police officers at 2:30 a.m. at his apartment in Barangay Quirino in this town in Cagayan Valley, police said.

The lawyer was identified as Alvin Endrinal, 39, according to Maj. Ferdinand Laudencia, Solano police chief.
