World Class — that is the goal of Philippine Basketball. This is how we want to be described. This is why we want to make it to the Olympics and the FIBA World Cup.
In true Filipino fashion, we dug ourselves a hole at the end of 2018, with a very narrow window to reach the goal. Some fans already gave up, but Gilas made a better effort and did what they can — beat Qatar and Kazakhstan — a team that beat them before, and hope for the best on the Korea vs. Lebanon game.
