THE government has tapped the expertise of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in updating the masterplan for the development of Subic Bay and its surrounding areas.
This is according to Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd, who relayed this information through Sen. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara during the recent plenary deliberations on the Department of Finance’s (DoF) proposed budget for 2020.
