A total of 2,939 villages in Luzon and Visayas are highly susceptible to landslide as severe tropical storm Ursula entered the country, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) warned on Tuesday.
"The public is advised to monitor the weather disturbance for possible flooding and rain-induced landslides in identified affected areas," NDRRMC Executive Director Ricardo Jalad said in a statement.
