PHILIPPINE Airlines (PAL) and Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) announced the cancellation of Tuesday's flights as severe tropical storm “Ursula” (international name: Phanfone) nears Eastern Visayas.
"Affected passengers of the cancelled December 24 flights have been rebooked on the next available flights. Passengers with contact details on their Passenger Name Records (PNRs) will be notified on their new flight date through email," PAL spokesman Cielo Villaluna said.
