TWO Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) security guards died while two others were hurt in a shooting incident in Manila on Sunday night.
The fatalities were identified as Marc Jason Del Cruz, 36, and Ruben Roces, 63, who were detailed at the DPWH main office along Bonifacio Drive, Port Area where the shooting occurred at about 9:40 p.m.
