VICE President Leonor "Leni" Robredo will be summoned by the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) to shed light on allegedly anomalous projects involving a multimillion fishport and ice plant and storage in Camarines Sur which she funded when she was still congresswoman.
