Lacson boycotts signing of budget bicam report over last-minute P83.2B 'insertion'

SEN. Panfilo Lacson on Wednesday objected to the alleged last-minute insertion of P83.219 billion in the proposed P4.1 trillion 2020 national budget and boycotted the signing of a bicameral conference committee report.
