OLYMPIC-bound Ernest John Obiena claimed his first Southeast Asian Games gold medal in fashion by setting a new record in the men's pole vault competition on Saturday at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium in Capas, Tarlac.
Obiena tried to clear 5.55-meter thrice but failed. Thus, setting a new SEAG record of 5.45m.
