Unido pays 25% of additional Pacifica stake

Pacifica Holdings Inc. announced on Thursday that Unido Capital Holdings Inc. had paid 25 percent of its additional stake acquisition.

In a disclosure to the local bourse, Pacifica noted the first payment amounted to P31.25 million or P1 apiece for 31.25 million shares.
