‘Tisoy’ death toll rises to 17, 2 missing

SEVENTEEN people died while two others were reported missing after the onslaught of typhoon “Tisoy” (international name: Kammuri), which has since weakened into a severe tropical storm as it made its exit from the Philippines.

As of Wednesday, authorities reported that five people died in Bicol -- three in Camarines Sur and two in Sorsogon.
