“Tisoy” is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between Wednesday night and early Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

As of 6 p.m., Pagasa last spotted "Tisoy" at 380 kilometers west of Subic, Zambales as it moved west-southwest toward the West Philippine Sea at 20 kilometers per hour (kph).
